What we collect
If you contact us through this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company, email address, phone number where supplied, and the content of your message. We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers or any special personal information through this site.
Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to quote and supply goods where that follows, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary: with our web host and email provider so that the site and our inbox function, with couriers where we are delivering goods to you, and with our professional advisers or a regulator where the law requires it. We do not share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by South African law.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing it.
